Weather, Tides and Currents
Weather on the Olympic Peninsula is mild through out the year. High's are in the 80's and low's are in the 40's. The Hood Canal and Pleasant Harbor are in the path of the Olympic Mountains Rainshadow and receives less then 30 inches of rain per year, compared to Seattle only 40 miles away which receives over 60 inches each year.
